Description:
- The PPR pipe line composed of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating bath, spraying cooling bath, haul-off unit, cutter and tilting stacker;
- Coordinated with different specification of molds, to produce pressure water-supply, draining, gas pipe;
- High heat resistance, environmental stress and crack resistance
- Specially designed screw, decelerator with high torque and high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high output;
- Adding two more extruders, the line can produce glass-fiber reinforced pipe.

Applications:
This PPR plastic pipe machine can produce PP-R pipe,PE-RT pipe,PEX pipe. PP-R pipe is non-toxic,healthy,heat-resistant and have good performance of warm keeping, it is convenient for welding and can also be recycled. PEX pipe has good character of high and low temperature resistant. Different from PEX, PE-RT don't need to crosslink but can be recycled and convenient for processing with the character of heat-resistant and better stability.
