Description:
Plastic rattan machine developed by POLYTECH can produce single or multicolor plastic rattan equipped with one or more extruders, and also different shape rattan can be produced if different extrusion moulds are used. Plastic rattan is widely used like rattan chairs, tea tables, flower baskets, weaving arts and crafts, furniture, etc. Preferring different raw material such as PE, PVC etc, the rattan line can produce plastic resembling rattan with different texture.
This plastic rattan production line consists of extruders, rattan die, cooling tank, haul-off and winder.
